Exhibit booth space will be assigned on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. All exhibitor registration must be submitted with payment IN FULL.

  • Exhibit Hours: 08:00AM - 06:00PM

  • Move-out: 06:00PM - 08:00PM

No goods can be left at the venue after the exhibition ends. All goods must be packed up from the exhibition stands.

All exhibitor badges will be available for pick-up at the  registration area on June 2, 2018 starting at 7:30AM. 

Payment Schedule 


All applications and payment are due on May 6, 2018.

Arrangements for delivery of packages should be made through the Event Department. Receiving, handling and shipping charges may apply. No COD packages will be accepted. There is a $5.00 handling charge per box received. This charge includes reception, movement, and storage of boxes for 4 days. Any box over 50 pounds is charged an additional $.15 cents per pound. Pallets, crates, large rolling cases, and oversized items will be charged a flat rate of $60.00 inbound and outbound. 

Print Mechanical Requirements 


  • Only press quality PDF or high-resolution EPS files will be accepted. 

  • Embed all fonts and images and convert all text to outlines wherever possible. 

  • All embedded logos and image files should be saved as high-resolution CMYK, JPEG, TIFF or EPS files. 

  • All advertisement must be submitted via e-mail to symposium@gdia.com by May 6, 2018. No exceptions.
