On-site registration may be offered on the basis of space availability and

thus will not be guaranteed.  Earlybird Registration is strongly recommended.

Refund or Cancellation

All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. Full refunds for registration minus the $50 processing fee will be given only if written notice of cancellation is received  forty five (45) days prior to the event. A 50% refund will be given if written notice is after 45 days, up until  two weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be given within two weeks prior to the event; therefore “no shows” will not be eligible for a refund. Notice of cancellation should be made in writing and sent to the GDIA Administrative by email to symposium@gdia.com or fax to (323) 617 - 4145.
